On the glacier

The summit of Mojon Rojo provides excellent views of the Fitz Roy and Torre massifs. The original east face route is a moderate mountaineering route with rock, snow and glacier travel. It is one of the best options for a relatively non-technical classic mountaineering ascent in the area. Fun, scenic and interesting!
