Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This wall is located to the southwest of now campsite 3. The bartlett book has one route (Tiny Dancer) in the guide and a few more in the 2002 supplement. It has a few crack climbs and a couple bolted routes with shade in the afternoon.

Getting There

Walk to the south of the campsite through the parking area. When you're parallel to the campsite area look to the right (west) for a short wall with an arete climb that has 2 bolts on it. You have to go around a couple of boulders to a nice little staging area.
