Tossing the idea around for a trip so climb War of the Walls and maybe get a look at Silk Road... Is the seepage going to be out of control right now? Trip would be sometime in the end of April Tyson Waldron

I was up there on the 31st checking out hammer and took these pictures for whatever it's worth:

It rained some yesterday but, not allot.

Not sure that helps or not.

Thanks Nate, a couple of those show about what I was expecting, looks like a decent water streak flowing near WoW... Maybe it'll dry up a bit more in a couple weeks.

Thanks for the photo beta!

FWIW, I called the ranger station and they said Ellis Road is still closed but, they are cleaning it up. Maybe a week or two~. Panther is probably open but, most likely needs to be cleaned up as well so, Tiger Creek is the only route they recommended at this point. YMMV. Nate Doyle

Went out there this past Sunday. Ellis road is open. And Silk Road/high times are a river. War of the walls is dry for the first six pitches!! Jordan Collins 1
