Some more of High cliff's finest.

Getting There

Start with directions for West Side. Upon reaching the barrier boulders turn South and follow the Indian Mound trail to its intersection with the Lime-Kiln Trail. This intersection will be made obvious by the area's namesake stairway leading to the base of the cliff.

Just North of the stairway lies small buttress with some quality climbing, and just to the South a freestanding tower supplies some excellent climbing as well.

This area can also be quickly approached from parking in the visitor parking slots in the campground near site 39 (closest) and/or sites 70/71/89 (next closest) and head NW. It's probably 50-100 yards from there. There's also lots of cliff nearby for many, many climbs. 2008 costs: $7 daily, resident $25 yearly (State Parks pass), $35 (out of state yearly State Parks pass).
