Description Suggest change

A very sunny crag with 4 little towers and a large wall in the back. The climbing is often very technical and difficult, especially now after 30 years of being climbed on and polished to a sheen.
The crag is child-friendly and stroller accessible, but it's not easy to get the stroller up there. Also, due to the amount of rocks scattered at the base of the walls, I would keep the kids a bit away from the action or make them wear a helmet at all times.

Getting There Suggest change

Burglesau is located near Scheßlitz. After exiting from the A70 and driving to Burglesau, continue on that road through and up the hill for 700m until a forest road branches off to the left. Park here. Walk down this forest road to the Bergwacht Hütte (kind of like a firehouse for the mountain safety volunteers). The crag is about 100m up the hill from the Hütte.
The GPS coordinates are for the parking area (only about three cars fit there; for further parking, drive a short distance further up the road to the hiker's parking lot).
