Originally, this route took the direct bolt line, and the crux was the first 1-2 moves and things got easier as you get further into the route. I belayed Matt on his FA and he called it V5 (he was more of a boulderer) and converted that to 12c/d.

Most people nowadays use the holds considerably left of the bolt line, avoiding the low crux, making the route much easier than the original line.

Very disappointing that so many people have used the 'cheater start', but the original still goes 12c/d for sure. Great line, and recently saw it's first ropeless ascent, since in essence it is pretty much a bolted highball with a terrible landing.
