Buford Dam Boulders Rock Climbing
BETA PHOTO: Boulder at area
Lots of boulders, ranging from small to very large. A crash pad can cover many of them, but some are a bit higher and require a top-rope. Those that require a top-rope have great place to anchor, large, deep-rooted trees at the top of most routes. Can do a lot of routes with minimal trad gear, great place to practice gear placements before getting up onto big routes. Rock quality is decent, could be improved if moss was cleared off of a lot of the rock.
Park at the Buford Dam Lower Pool Parking Lot, cross the pedestrian bridge and follow the trail along the river to the right and after a quick walk the rocks will be on your left.

hey guys - maybe i didn't follow the direction correctly but i could not find any boulders at this location, with the exception of a few that were fenced off and a couple that are too small to climb. Can you add the GPS coordinates for where the boulders are. The GPS coordinates that's listed for this area is for the parking area.
