Long Canyon and Bowns Canyon share the same mouth at mile 74. When driving towards these canyons you will be surrounded by tall rock walls and upon entering these canyons you can access numerous side canyons, natural Arches, petroglyphs, and rock formations.

Getting There 

Lake mile 74 on the northern side. Most easily accessed from Bullfrog Marina.

Plenty of good splitters in this small area! Start in the water on good hands which turns into tight hands then ring locks (crux). Use a few good faceholds when in the ringlock section. Then finish out the climb by stepping to the right side of the crack to gain a ledge below a tips/fingers dihedral. This is a good stance to huck a gainer into the water below. It's called/spelled BOWNS Canyon, not BROWNS Canyon. There is no "R" in the name. Please correct this.
