On Slip..Not on the Boulder wall. If you go past ...

This is part of a reorganization. Boulder Wall is a wonderful wall that lies just uphill from the Trailhead Wall. Use these routes to access the Iron Stone and Iron Clad walls above.

Routes include (L->R):

A. Corner Crack, 7, 1p, gear.
B. Grave Line, 9+, 1p, bolts.
C. Slip... Not!, 10+, 1p, bolts.
D. Squeeze Play, 11.
E. Livin' on the Edge, 12-, 1p, bolts.
F. Ramp Route, 6.

Getting There

This area lies to the left of the Trailhead Wall. Once the trail meets the Trailhead Wall continue uphill for approximately 100 yards. There are 2 large dihedrals bordering this wall. Most of these routes lead to the ledge where you can access the Iron Stone and Iron Clad Walls.

From the point where the trail intersects the wall, hike left along the wall passing the leaning tree. Just after the tree and just before the obvious trad crack is a bolted line that runs up on slabby but excellent yellowish rock. Clean solid climbing can be had if you don't get jammed up behind the queue....[more]   Browse More Classics in Colorado
