The Texas Limestone Bouldering guide has this at V5 with this description: "Start on pockets in front of the tree. Climb up to big pockets, then move left, finishing left of the flake above."

I've been climbing at McKinney for awhile, but I've been using bloody flapper and drtopo as my references. If it's a v5 in Jeff Jackson's book, I'll update the route description and grade.
