Description

A small area with short cliffs that is still very popular because it is easily accessible and many of the climbs can be top-roped. The area receives afternoon sun but you have to be careful as when the sea is rough belayers can easily be caught by the waves.

Getting There

Park at the public wharf and walk along the trail past the Two Boulders until you are nearly at the tip of the peninsula and Blood Bath will be on your left. Most of the routes are on the side of the face closest to the water and the top can be reached by scrambling up the other side.

Climbing Season

For the Newfoundland area.
