Description

The Black Wall is a small, secluded area with a handful of quality lines.

Getting There

This area is located on the south side of the canyon between the 420s and Merlin. Park at the large pulloff on the north side of the road just before mile marker 80.

Walk slightly down canyon until you see an intersection of two fences with a "No Hunting" sign. Cross the fence on the left side of this intersection, and walk across the field toward the river, avoiding a small sliver of private property. Once reaching the river, walk upstream until you reach a fork in the river. Cross just past the beginning of the fork, and walk into the forest, where you'll find a few boulders with several quality lines including The Black Problem and Occam's Razor.
