Description

There are a few routes up this canyon including trad, sport, and bouldering. It has some decent rock quality, and there are lots of places just waiting for first ascents.

Getting There

Get off I-15 at either of the Beaver exits (112 or 109) and head into the center of town on Main St. Then, turn west (right if coming from exit 109; left if coming from exit 112) onto 200 North/SR 153. Follow this road up the canyon until you see the Ponderosa Picnic Area sign, just before mile marker 9. Beaver Boulder is just behind the Ponderosa Picnic Area sign on the south side/right coming from Beaver.
