Bay Area Housing

Trust me, I know the horror show of trying to find a place to live in the Bay Area.
I am an SF native, born and raised, who got pushed out about 6 years ago. I spent the last few years vagabonding and living part time in Oakland.
I'm back in the Bay again with a full time job and looking for a place to live in SF, Oakland or Berkeley.
I'm not in tech and I'm certainly not rich so I'm looking for a place that's ~$800/month.
I'm a professional chef and butcher, I climb more than anything else and while I like hanging out, I'm not a partier.
If you have/know of anything that might work PLEASE let me know.
