Bald Knob is a peak that forms the southern end of Acteon Ridge in the Waterville Valley Area. Unlike most of the peaks nearby, there is no trail to the summit of Bald Knob. Seriously, though, there is no trail to the summit of Bald Knob. Most people bushwhack in from the south.
