Arrowbear Boulders is a group of boulders and small crags near Arrowbear Lake in Arrowbear. The area hosts a few boulder problems (none noteworthy) and a few top-rope rope routes that could be lead on gear.

Getting There

From Hwy 18 turn onto Arrowbear Drive just before a restaurant. The crags are situated between Hwy 18 and Music Camp Road. Do not park past the lake as the homeowners have made it clear that this is private land. Pack out what you pack in and take some other trash with you as well.

It's possible to drive up within spitting distance of the boulders by making a series of left-hand turns on dirt roads once on Music Camp Rd. Just keep going uphill and keeping left at each opportunity, and you will spiral back around above Blondie's so that you're driving parallel to Hwy 18 once again.

Alternatively, just park at Blondie's, and start hiking uphill to the left (when facing the front of Blondie's) -- it's only about 2 or 3 minutes to the boulders.
