This area hosts one of the best boulders at the Drude Stones Arch Drude Boulder, and a few other warm up boulders. The problems on the Arch Drude Boulder are tall and the landing needs well placed pads, but the warm up problems are over fairly flat landings, however the rock is a little grainy for these easier climbs.

Getting There

From the approach path head left passing Long Ship Area and then trend a little right. After 50 yards you'll be here.

Arch Drude V5- 6C  California : Sierra Eastside : ... : Arch Drude Boulder
An area classic. If you make the hike up to the Druids and don't get on this, you've missed out. Sit-start on big holds under the round hueco. Make a couple easy moves up to the sloping hueco (crux) then up and left on big underclings and sidepulls to an exciting and reachy but juggy top-out....[more]   Browse More Classics in California
