App crash

For some reason my App keeps crashing on my Iphone, I don't know if this is because I refuse to update the software for the phone itself or the App. Either way it caused me to loose a handful of my ticks that I was unable to sync before my latest app crash. Just wondering if it's just me having this problem on Iphones or if it's common.

If your iOS version or the app version is really old... sorry! I know it sucks that we stop supporting old versions, but with so many phone, OS, and app version combinations, we have to limit it.

It's okay, thanks for the response. I've been running a stable old version of both my phone and the app it's alright i'll live. I'd rather update my rack then spend money on a new phone :)
