Austin the Intern getting after it on Agathla Unch...

Description

Aesthetic movement but you won't notice because of the chossy rock, however, there's nothing too dangerous for your average vantage trad climber and might just round out a long day.

Location

Obvious open book on the south side of Agathla tower

Standard rack

this was probably my 1st 5.10, or 5.9 trad route in 2002, there was no anchor and a bunch of old slings for years. There is an anchor now, and it actually faces more west, facing the river and the road.

Good route with fun movement, pretty steep in places.. A loose hold or four along the way, but the gear is solid and plentiful. Doubles in Camalot .4-#1 will sew it up, there are some places for smaller gear or nuts as well.
