Is this the route that you get to (if I remember correctly) by getting to the first ledge that has anchors for some climb starting from the road, and then getting thru some bushes to get to the 2nd ledge with two bolt lines?
It matches very well, but I remember it being much taller than 40'
(I sport led something similar a year ago and still don't know what :))

Sergey, I believe you're thinking of the main Peanut Gallery area, technically, the southeast face. This route is located somewhat to the northeast of that area, but it is part of the same formation. Kind of an obscure wall, though clearly visible from the Roadcut parking area. Unlike the area you're thinking of I don't think the northeast face gets a lot of traffic.

I found this in guidebook and yeah, that is the route. I'll have to go back some day and double check it's 40' :)
