BETA PHOTO: A Drip in the Woods (the route, not the climber).


The best climbing is on the right side below a large, beat-up birch tree and a very large pine (higher up). I don't believe this is a very reliable flow but in Jan 2017 it was in very good shape. High quality ice with interesting features.


On the right side of a short overhanging cliff about 100 feet right and uphill from Lost in the Forest.


As of Jan. 2017, there was some ancient webbing on the birch tree, but nothing on the pine tree. You can probably access the pine from the top but it would be difficult to set a top rope since the master point should be quite a bit lower and out of sight.

If you choose to lead the right side aiming to set a TR from the pine tree, BE WARNED! The rock below the pine is barely-cohesive granola with no pro. It is possible to knock large, large chunks off on anyone below! Also, you do not want anything rubbing on this rock while you climb.
