BETA PHOTO: A Bottle and a Friend Topo

Pretty straight-forward bolt-clipping up a low-angle face past several horizontal breaks that act as pleasant rests.

The sole sport line at the very top of the gully of Valley of the Lost Tribe.

5 bolts, bolt anchor at the top. My partner was squeamish and plugged a yellow C3 between a few bolts, but I thought the spacing was fine.

bOTTLE AND A Friend was a sport route from its inception by Thomson and Payan. It was not retrobolted.

Apologies Chris. I misread your topo credits, it was quite the opposite - *you* did it on gear, the FAists bolted it.

I've edited the entry to reflect this. Thanks for scrubbing.
