Overall facing NW.
Top-Roping: Shortest access is to hike/scramble West (Right) roughly horizontal to the base of the right-most route ("Right Scramble"). Then step right to the right side of the boulder to some broken rock (cairn as of 2016). Make a low class 5 move to start scrambling up diagonal Left (SE) about 100 feet, then traverse East until can scramble down to the top of your desired climbing route.
warning: The rock in this sector has not been climbed much yet, and much of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber.

"Eldorado" is a higher altitude climbing area in the famous Grimsel valley granite region in the center of Switzerland. Known for slab routes.
