Jessica sinking jams on Glen's Roof.

A beautiful near vertical crag sporting an imposing four (4) foot roof. Its overall height is approximately thirty five (35) vertical feet. This is an excellent crag to top rope. However, the top rope protection is a bit awkward directly under the roof.

Getting There

From the base of the main formation (Jim’s Wall and Pillar #2), follow the trail to the left (north) around Jim’s Wall, past Angulation Wall and on to the base of Glen’s Roof Wall.

Start at the extreme right side of the crag, follow the rib (stay on the west face) up and left, traverse left under the roof, stem up into Glen’s Roof and pull the roof (hint: right hand into the crack, a bomber is in there, trust me) and continue to the top.Note: Two (2) Bolts have been added to ease the ground fall potential....[more]   Browse More Classics in Pennsylvania
