This is the most awkward section of the climb. The pin visible left of the climber is not the greatest. You can back it up with a #4 Camalot. I've also done this move by climbing the face to the right and stepping back left.

I believe this photo is from the start of the 4th pitch. The pin is still there, and there is a fixed #4 Camalot in that crack as of Nov. 2016.
