Roommates Wanted - Mountain Living in Conifer

• Seeking 2 roommates in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Conifer. 
• Home is located only 2-3 miles from Hwy 285 and businesses in Conifer.  Only 20 min to Hwy 470, 25 min to Littleton, and 30 min to Golden.
• Updated house, 1 acre of land, fenced in back yard, front and back decks with a grill, 3 car garage for storage, Gym in the garage,  private road with only 3 neighbors in sight.  Plenty of privacy!
• Would like to find young professional roommates that are clean, easy to get along with and have stable income.  A plus for outdoorsy people, especially climbers.  The South Platte is a great place to climb! 
• I work fulltime, and I’m not home very much.  House has 1700 square feet, two living rooms.  I have two mature Boston Terriers that also share the house.

  $700 Month Each - Rent includes all the house bills (Electric, Gas, Garbage and Wi-Fi.)
