Eldo/Yellow Spur accident?

Sunday morning on Yellow Spur, my partner and I came across what seemed to be an abandoned rap station (equalized cam/nut with opposing biners) on the 4th pitch, and an alpine draw left on a pin on the 5th pitch. Didn't think much of it until we discovered a substantial amount of blood spattered at the top of the 4th pitch, and a pool of congealed blood at the bottom of the 5th pitch. Combined with the gear, seems like an (understandably) hasty bail.

Anyone have any information?

Someone took a leader fall of around 30 feet and compound fractured their leg/ankle according to RMRG when I talked to them. This happened thursday at around 4ish (I saw RMRG in the canyon when I showed up and they were headed up the east slabs to Rapp to get to the injured climber) and the extraction took till about 730ish. My partner and I were held up for about an hour trying to descend the hike down from redgaurden by RMRG due to safety concern from falling rocks during the extraction(RMRG was awesome and moved extremely fast/safe/effecient for such a hard place to extract from).

It was probably one of the hardest places to logistically get an injured climber from and RMRG seemed to have done a great job by all accounts. Super great group of guys/girls getting hurt climbers the help they need

I know that on Thur someone broke their ankle in that area.  I topped out of gambit and heard a climber fall, hit the wall hard and then yell for help.  I called 911 and someone else had already called.  but dispatch informed me of the broken ankle, (Compound fracture maybe?)

Edit - someone beat me to it.

I found some bail gear at the bottom of the Hawk Eagle ridge on Saturday morning, guessing it had something to do with Thursday's events. PM me if you want it back, or I'll put it in the trail gear collection.

Amazing work by RMRG. Epic. Thank you.
