You didn't clip that TR anchor before the top out, did you?!!?

Don't be ridiculous, Nicholas.

Good to hear but I still think the presence of the TR anchor allowed you a possible escape from full commitment and therefore diminishes this ascent to a mere pink point.

I just noticed your rhyme, excellent creativity, unfortunately it does not improve the quality of the ascent.

Well, I did now....But, you are actively on the route in the snap, this isn't a week later and that they are still there...or are they?!?!?

But then, I hold my breath, I just realized that I left three "dots" for foot beta on TF from saturday and didn't scrub them at the end of the day. I was leaving beta for others to try the line, and they both ended up not even attempting it. Bummer all around. Sorry. I suck.

Jon. I am betting those marks were washed away later Sat. evening.. All that stormy weather we saw to the north when we driving home....

It is just dawning on me how common tick marks could become at the Lake ... I hope it becomes standard practice to scrub them!

Yah Jon these are gone. I scrub them off but I'm sure I miss one here or there. I assume others scrub them too -- in 10 years climbing here I've never once been on a climb and seen leftover tick marks.

Nobody is scrubbing their ticks, it's the humidity. There's quite a few climbs that are always chalked up but for the most part everything disappears quickly.
