I am looking at the La Sportiva Nepal Evo GTX vs. the La Sportiva Trango Ice Cube GTX. Anyone know the differences between the Trango last vs the Nepal last?
Nepal is definitely wider. I own both boots, am a 45 in the Nepals and everything else Sportiva but had to downside a half size to fit the Ice Cube. They are a narrower fit, and I lace them loosely to hike in but crank them down a bit for climbing.

If you want a wider boot, consider Scarpa Mont Blanc, it's wider than Nepal.

I tried on a pair of Nepal Evo GTX in size 39.5 and they seemed to be a good fit. I walked around in them, walked up and down the ramps, hopped down the ramp, kick a metal post really hard multiple times, walked up and down the ramps sideways, climbed on a climbing wall (holy shit! Stiff mountaineering boots edge like champs!), etc.
I ordered a pair of Nepal cube GTX in the same size.
I hope they will fit the same! They are built on the same last, afterall....

I have a really wide foot and use the Mont Blanc pro and they fit my foot very nicely. The Nepal Cube also fits my foot but isn't exactly a perfect fit.
