Single room for rent in a 3 bedroom house. Located near 33rd South and 13th East in Millcreek. Awesome location, great yard, detached garage, and dog friendly!! $500 per month + utilities (which can range from $20 to $60 a month). 

It's super hard to give up this spot, but I'm headed out of town for a couple of months and can't justify paying rent while being gone. Other two roommates are clean, laid back, and outdoor oriented, looking for someone who is the same! Open to having male or female move in and new dogs are welcome as long as everybody gets along. 

Available July 1st, but I'm headed out of town this Sunday so an early move in is definitely possible.
