My name is Ryan and I'll be moving to Colville Next month for work. I'll be working four days a week and so I'll have three days a week to get out and climb. I'm looking for partners anywhere within eight or so hours of me (Spokane, Index, Leavenworth, Squamish, anywhere else you know of) to climb mostly on weekends.

About me- I've been climbing for six years, been living out of my truck and climbing for the past two years, mostly sport but I've bee working on my trad game over the past year, mostly looking to trad and sport climb. I have climbed .12d sport, .11 trad, v7 boulder. I'm 23, male and I like to read, ride bikes, look at soil and hike.

Hey Ryan,

Not sure if you are ever going to be in the Vancouver/PDX area, but I too am going to be new to the climbing scene there. I am relocating from CA for a job and sadly, need to start all over with partners.

Looks like you climb way above my pay grade for trad, but I'd be happy to provide transport, ropes, gear and hopefully some good company. Maybe in exchange I can trade you some belay time for some knowledge transfer. I typically send 5.9 - 5.10 trad, 5.11a sport on a good day, but I love to ice climb (mountaineering and ice is my passion in life).

Welcome to the Northwest!

Ryan, moving to Spokane on 20 May from Colorado Springs. Hit me up if you want to climb in the Leavenworth area or Washington Pass.

Hey everyone I guess, I'm looking for partners too.  I'm in Seattle, just moved up from San Francisco in December and am happy to climb anywhere in the PNW.  Lead up to 5.12 sport sometimes, bouldering up to v6, trad probably leading 5.10ish, following whatever, and alpine and ice when the opportunity arises.  I come with a single rack and a car.  Feel free to hit me up.

Hey Ryan,

Spokane has an amazing climbing community. There is a Facebook page called Spokane on the rocks that is helpful for finding partners both short term and long. There are three limestone crags near your new neck of the woods that will keep you busy being that you climb 5.12. There are a number of crags in Spokane and finding partners shouldn't be hard. Deep creek and McClellan are in northern Spokane, so slightly closer to you with many 5.12+ routes and are wildly popular with the local crushers. My wife and I get out regularly, but with two small children most the time. Let me know if you want to get out in the Spokane area or need s partner for the occasional alpine adventure!

Hey Ryan! Any chance you're around this Thursday through Sunday and interested in climbing? I'll be up in Washington and looking to climb... Index, gold bar - something you recommend?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
