No flotation needed. Approach was well packed snow. It was icy/crusty in the morning, so if you did ski you'd want to wait before it softened before heading back down. As usual, don't leave Jewel Lake on the standard trail, follow the climber's bootpack towards your right into the trees. Seem like there are a couple trails in that converge before the ice.

Pumphouse falls is still solid. Some other vail ice looked good, too.

Anyone gotten eyes on Martha or Dreamweaver recently? Wondering how they're coming along.

I was on Martha sunday. There is a tiny bit of ice on the 'crux' and in the narrow bit. It is mostly snow everywhere else. Still fun enough with good neve hiking up to the main constriction, poorly bonded snice through the constriction and mostly dry tooling and moss sticking through the crux.

Has anyone been to Lincoln Falls recently? Trying to gauge conditions with all this warm weather.

Has anyone seen what Martha is looking like lately?   Or Dreamweaver?

No direct info, but given the significant snow fall this week, the smart money would be that they are both buried.  Long's looked pretty white from my vantage point down in the flats yesterday.

Yeah this past week I was coming back to boulder from Westminster and Meeker was covered. You rarely seen her in that much continous snow.   Probably changing rapidly though.

I was talking to a guy at the Mountain Shop the other day who was on it and said it was mostly ice, that was before the snow on Tuesday.  There was over a foot of fresh above Hidden Valley on Wednesday. so it is probably buried again.

Obviously some fresh snow falls over the week and going into the weekend, but anyone have a recent eye on Martha's or Alexander's?

Well, dropped, left, lost a screw at Lincoln on Sunday. Marked with an orange and white dot. Let me know if you find it. I have beer.

Would anyone want to go get high up in the park this Monday? I'm up for anything?
