Hey all,

Anyone out there live on the north shore and want to do some bouldering at some of the awesome spots out there? I am climbing in the V4-6 region right now and am looking for someone to hit up some climbs with me

If you're talking north shore of mass, I'm in. I just moved here last year and looking for some people to climb with. I don't have any pads as I mostly rope it up, but I am definitely in.

Bryce, whereabouts are you? Have you been out at all to check out some of the rock in the area?

I live in Quincy, just south of the city. I haven't done any bouldering here on the east coast yet, but I definitely want to. I hear Lynn woods has some decent bouldering.

Lynn woods is definitely worth hitting up. I want to get out to Haskel pond, it looks like it has some unique problems

Lynn Woods is pretty solid. I'd be down to hit a few spots. I live in Peabody, can pretty much walk there. Was wandering around the other day and found some bolted routes on a small face. I put up a thread about it but didn't hear anything.

But seriously . . .Zach, if you want any beta PM me or Oldtimer.

Haskell Pond as some good lines but I warn you the boulders are spread out. IMO the best bouldering on Cape Ann is Dykes, Dogtown, and the interconnected Calvary-Mt.Jacob-Thompson St area.

Plenty of other good lines in other areas but start with those.

Jim. I have been out to dykes pond a bit but haven't made it past the remnant boulders, the beehive boulders (final judgement is AWESOME) and that first set on the left when you walk in (the Garden?!?) Dykes is just soooo confusing to navigate on MP. Is there a time soon that you would want to go out there and do some climbing? maybe show me some of the better blocks?

I'd be happy to, Zach. PM me.
