It probably belongs to the group of teenagers(?) that were scrambling around in tennis shoes on Saturday. They were playing rap music, yelling bitch at each other as they scrambled higher than each other and generally annoying many climbers (or at least me). The fun ended when one of them fell and sustained shoulder and leg injuries. They didn't know how they got up there (above Wind Tower) or how to get down. Climbers went their aid and Rocky Mountain Rescue brought in the full team. I doubt they read the Proj.
If you don't want to destroy it yourself, I have a big hammer.
