Access Issue: Private farm land: annual use fee required
Details
1500 Icelandic krónur (about $15 US) per-person use fee is required to climb at Hnappavellir and get the access code to Tóftin Hut. Please do this before going to Hnappavellir. The fee can be paid at the Klifurhúsið climbing gym at Ármúli 23 in Reykjavík, at the Booking Booth/Kaffi Vatnajökull at Fagurhólsmýri (5 minutes drive from Hnappavellir) or by direct bank transfer. Bring your receipt with you to the gym or Booking Booth. Funds go to the Icelandic Bolting Fund.

Description
Quick & fun slab warm-up next to the river. If you've never climbed at Hnappvellir before, this is right next to the hut and will serve as an introduction to the rock and local grading. The name means "Route for Shy People"
