Partners: Red River Gorge. QUESTION: Does Muir Valley charge in the winter?

Saturday climbing in the red. My best friend and climbing partner moved to Oregon. Started climbing with his older brother. Then he moved to oregon. So looking for partners not currently interested in moving to Oregon. I haven't been to muir valley since they started wanting mandatory parking fees. I donated money to muir valley just not ten dollars every time. I have sport climbing gear and a few pieces of trad gear so far.
