Estes Park Townhouse for Rent

Hi all,

I will be moving out of my townhouse shortly. I have been renting a wonderful townhouse in Estes Park. This will be available January 1 (possibly sooner-depends on any changes the landlord might want to do.) 2BR/1.5 bath and a garage. Rent is likely to change, but it has been much below the Front Range norm. Convenient to downtown and the middle/high school if a parent wanted to move here. Less than 5 minutes to Lumpy, 15 to the Park and 15 to Longs.

PM's only please if you are seriously interested. This has been a great home for my daughter and I over the last 3+ years. I'm casting a net to secure a long-term, conscientious tenant who is looking for a home...not just a place to stay.

Update: Rent $1050/month, with one month's rent as the deposit. $250 pet deposit if approved.
