Leaving Seattle to head for some desert climbing - Anyone interested in carpooling and/or looking for a partner once there?!

I've been noodling with the idea of heading down to Red Rocks for Thanksgiving week as well. I'm currently living in Seattle and would love to make the pilgrimage down to Nevada. Unfortunately my trad and multi-pitch climbing experience is essentially zero—though i'm excited to learn—but i'm happy/confident leading 5.fun through 5.12+ sport routes and can bring a rope and draws.
