Found this puppy running down the road between roadside Crag and Rockhouse restaurant last night. Anyone know the owners?

I have seen that pup at the Rock House a couple of times. Hopefully you found the home.

No collar, no chip?

It's country. Don't assume a pup running around is lost

I did think of the possibility that she wasn't lost. We were a considerable distance from anything, for one. She also had a deep gash above an eye and I later found her to be extremely hungry. I still wonder but I think I made the right decision. I've since taken her to a vet and found she wasn't chipped. And now she's been adopted to a good home. If the original owners come forward I'll do what I can to reunite them.

Responsible dog owners put on a collar with a name tag and/or microchip their dog.

Good for you, Javier, for helping this dog.
