Ross is on the ledge at the base of the summit block on the easternmost blunt summit tower. He is adjusting the rope and the directional at the top of the short, difficult, vertical wall on the left of the easternmost tower.

Ross leading P2. He has just climbed around the ear (9+). Gillett's route line for Magnum PI shows going to the right from the ear (instead of straight up, as we did), then up to where we belayed Ross's lead of P3.
Ross leading pitch three. He continued straight up the obvious, easy gully reaching a short, difficult, vertical wall on the easternmost blunt tower — instead of angling right, along a visible crack, as suggested by Gillett's guidebook. Going that way would have taken us to the gap between the easternmost and middle blunt towers. I guess that we would have encountered the raven's nest along that route.
