We did Moonlight last month. We used purple Link Cams one each and left them on our aiders and this really increased the speed and decreased the amount of gear needed on the rack. Just set the cam, move up and pull a piece off of your rack about as often as you would to pro free climbing. They are expensive but once you've seen how much lighter you can go and how much faster; it just becomes another really good investment.

The Metolius Offset Master Cams pretty much can't be beat, IMHO.

+1 for original Totems. They're amazing.

For my offset cams: I got a set of X4 offsets for cheap, so I use them a bit when I need a double set (aiding/walling), but I prefer the following set way more:

Purple/gray Mastercam
Blue/green totem basic hybrid
Green/yellow totem basic hybrid
Yellow/red totem basic hybrid
Purple/green (.5/.75) X4

The totem basic hybrids are so good, I feel incredibly secure with them.

I have 4 sets of Totems and wouldn't go up on a wall without them. They work very well as offsets in the larger sizes but I still carry up to the Yelow/Orange in the Master Cams.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
