Description Suggest change

Beautiful secluded valley with no trail access. There is potential for a decent amount of problems on Gneiss glacial erratics. Boulders range from 10-18ft high. This area is relatively close to DEKD Killington and serves as a nice addition to any Central VT bouldering trip. Located on Killington Town Land and Recreational GMNF.

Guidelines to follow here:

- Be respectful of others
- Don't disrupt the natural ecosystem (as with many areas, we want to preserve as much of it as possible)
- What you bring in, your bring out - NO LITTERING
- Be safe and have fun

Getting There Suggest change

From Route 4 in Killington, turn onto Route 100 North towards Pittsfield. Approximately two miles down the road, turn left onto Barrows Towne Road towards Green Mountain Golf Course and then right on Green Mountain National Drive. Park in their parking lot in the furthest-back right corner. Walk straight up into the woods for about 8-10 minutes - to your right there is a small brook - stay uphill from the brook. The first good boulder you should encounter is the Steve boulder.
