"An import error occurred. Tap to retry."

Hi mountain project,

My phone is iPhone 5 with iOS 7. When I download the app from App Store (Canada) it says that the latest version doesn't work on IOS 7 so I have to download the last compatible version.

After I downloaded an area it started to import data, but eventually showed this message "An import error occurred. Tap to retry."
I've tried:
-tap to retry
-delete all date in "Option"
-download other areas, same happened to all other areas that I've tried
-reinstall the app
But none of them worked.

About half a year ago it was working fine (I had the joshua tree area). Recently I tried other areas like San Diego county, and this error happened. I reinstalled the app, now even the joshua tree area won't work.

Hope someone can tell me how to fix this.

Sorry you are experiencing the issues with iOS 7.

The easiest way to work around this at the moment would be to update your phone. iPhone 5 can be updated to iOS 9. Any chance you could do that? If it still doesn't work after updating your OS, let us know.
