Nick Elson Sets New Grand Teton Traverse Speed Record

Nick dropped the record by about twenty minutes yesterday and finished it in 6:30:49. The traverse is (car to car) Teewinot, Mount Owen, the Grand, Middle, South, Cloudveil Dome, and Nez Pierce. Blows my mind what people are accomplishing these days.

That is beyond insane... heck it takes a lot of folks 6 hrs to just get to the lower saddle.....
