The standard way to surmount the summit is to climb an offwidth (5.7 to 5.9, depending on source). There is no bolt on the top of the summit block, so the safest way down from the top of the block is to sling the horn at the top of the offwidth, lower, and then flip the sling off of the horn as Will is doing in the photo.
