Does anybody know anything about these slabs? I think they are here
The picture was taken from the Hobbit Hole (above Champney Falls), looking west. At first I thought they may have been Hedgehog, but they aren't as far west.

From my map it's on the northern slope/ridge of Mt Paugus (which is the high summit between Chororua and Passaconaway). Looks like you can take Bolles Tr from the Champney Falls trail head for a mile and get very close.

Mt Paugus seems to have several open slabs around its summit.

Bolles does look like the closest trail. Maybe I'll take a shwack into it some non climbing day. Being in the Sandwich Wilderness I probably wouldn't put a route up there unless it is incredible and I suddenly get the urge to hand drill, but it probably would be interesting to explore.

Mark it is cool out there, but i thought it was no new fixed pro period in the wilderness area?
