Looking for recommendation for personal trainers who understand climbing in Boulder.

Everything I do myself leads to injuries so need help in learning what to do and how much to do.

Kris Peters comes highly recommended.

If you're already dealing with injuries it sounds like you're beyond the skillset of a personal trainer.

Agreed with the above post. See Brent at the BRC....he knows his stuff!

Justen Sjong is amazing but don't know if you need more of a PT. For improving my climbing no one has done more in a single hour than Justen.

No current injuries. Mainly old, fat and weak. Getting ready for a trip to Spain this spring I started to develop carpel tunnel in both hands, laid off did stretches etc., and it went away. My main problem right now is I have so many area's to work on I don't know where to begin and don't want to replicate my over use from the spring.

Bottom line I've got 35 years of experience climbing and feel like I suck for the first time ever. Still have goals but the old ways don't work anymore.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
