Rock Pool In Owen's River Gorge

Last time I was in ORG I remember passing some sort of man made pool/jacuzzi. It was pretty solid. I think it had seats all the way around but I can't remember.

Going up to Bishop with some friends and was wondering if anyone had any idea where this was? I think it was upper gorge but I can't be sure. It'd be nice to know where it is so we can have a cool down spot one of the days.

Owens River is running at a very high flow right now, LADWP is releasing water out of Crowley. Some crossings are underwater, and people lost a dog trying to cross a couple weeks ago. I'd say getting in that water wouldn't be the best idea these days.
