This was one of my favorites from a trip to Wadi Rum, Jordan this last February. Throughout the trip, our running joke was that safety there is held to a much more "fluid" standard. This is one of many anchors at a newly (relatively) bolted sport crag.

Other than the homemade hanger, this thing looks fine to me. Obviously chains and more than one quicklink would make it better but I'd rap off it any day, provided the rock isn't shit. I'm curious about that thinner cord, though. It doesn't seem to be serving any purpose other than looking like a rats nest.

Looks like the rope is going directly around the sling instead of through the biner. But it does look like a sweet line to ski down.
