That would mean they likely paid someone so idk... sounds like an unlikely explanation ;-)

When MP stays mostly on topic for 18 pages, criminals get shut down.

Things we can accomplish when we aren't pissing over other stuff. GO MP!

I wonder what kind of lawyer they could actually get to defend them. I bet they would sure want to get paid up front. They should be staked out in the dessert on a fire ant hill as far as I am concerned.

You don't need a criminal lawyer, you need a CRIMINAL lawyer...

Have it on good authority that Mr. and Mrs. Goumas have made a hasty departure for Sweden in advance of their first(of what would surely be many)AG invite and get-together.

But despair not, you can still communicate with Olivier through is personal twitter account....the name says it all. In any case, beware of a new online retailer popping up in Sweden.

NICE!!! Great article! Stoked to see this community, local and online, unite to crush this sort of thing. Great work, to all who helped unravel this scam.

Someone invite him climbing.... and leave him on the wall...

Glad to see a community come together to snuff this out.

Why does these two french pieces of garbage finally getting what's coming to them, make me so happy?

Dear Sweden,

Please return these two scumbags to sender. They do not belong in your country.

Cheers!

On a side note coming from the retail side of the outdoor industry there are so many other good businesses out there. Don't forget to support your local gear shops!

For anyone who has time: please contact eBay complaints / legal and point them to the legal proceedings and the various known eBay accounts of these folks.

I would if I wasn't wrapped up in other things.

This company is a rip off. I order boots and they told me my cc was not working and to send a check, I did. They then cashed the check and never sent me my order. Many message and emails and no response. I was ripped off for $400.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
